PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL

The PCC

The Parochial Church Council (or PCC), chaired by the Vicar, is entrusted to lead an Anglican Church parish. The PCC consists of the 2 churchwardens, together with other elected members of the laity. Other clergy and pastoral staff in attendance assist and contribute to the PCC decision making.

Constitutionally, the PCC is responsible for the financial affairs of the church and the maintenance of its assets for promoting the gospel mission of the church. PCC members are elected at the Annual General Meeting of the parish.
